Use these
charts wisely. On chart 1, find your 5K time. Once you do, take the VDOT number on the left of the column, and use chart 2 to find out
the times you should be running when you do 200, 400, 800, or other
intervals. If you don't understand track, then you have no idea what
I'm talking about, and really should get into better running shape!
