Utah is
so beautiful. Big blue skies ... big white clouds ... big mountain
ranges. Utah began as a Mormon se ttlement,
and grew prosperous under Brigham Young in the 19th Century. The
religious influence is still prevalent -- as seen on many of the
billboards. In fact, the Mall there is called ... "The Missionary
Mall." As if the line for Starbucks wasn't long enough, now they try
to convert you before ordering coffee! We went through Salt Lake City on a
Sunday -- and the place was like a ghost town. Everything was
