Chicago's Sears
Tower

Yup, the Sears Tower is taller than the Empire State Building. It's 110 stories tall, as compared to the Empire State Building which is 102 stories high. Not like it really makes a difference! But, the Empire State Building is much thicker. It was built concrete on steel -- like a fortress. In a fight between the two buildings, inevitably the Empire State Building prevails. After all -- it took on King Kong and won!
