One of the most interesting things about driving cross country is seeing small-town USA. But apparently, to have your own town in Wyoming, you just need a few buddies and a charter. The town of Emblem had a population of 10!!!! 10!!!! That means, if one person dies, you got an epidemic on your hands! Or what if someone has a kid? It's a population boom! They could run out of food! Chaos! Here's my plan -- we start a town somewhere in Wyoming, elect me Mayor, and we start making funny town laws. Like, we can make it illegal to bathe, or eat anything orange. Eh -- It probably wouldn't work, and eventually the people would revolt by stealing the town's only lawn-mower.
