OK, maybe I'm biased, but of course New York pizza is superior to that of Chicago. However, it's really comparing apples to oranges. Chicago Pizza is totally different ... it's deep dish, and rather filling. Very darn tasty, I might add. New York pizza is thinner, with more concentration on the CHEESE and sauce. This picture was taken at the famous Gino's in Chicago. It was very, very, very, very good -- but of course, in general -- NY is superior. You really can't carry deep dish by the slice.
