CRAWFISH! It's a delicacy down South. It's kind of like if a shrimp and lobster got together and had a kid. They leave the eyes and head right on this one though, so you feel bad and barbaric at times. The waitress said that whenever it rained, her backyard got flooded with them. If only we were so lucky to get invaded by crustaceous delicacies in New York.
