Wisconsin is a lactose lover's dream. Everywhere you look ... it's cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Gouda, Swiss, Gorgonzola, Muenster, Provolone, Blue -- CHEESE CHEESE CHEESE ... EVERYWHERE CHEESE. AND WHEN YOU'RE DONE LOOKING AT THE CHEESE, THERE IS CURD ... AND THEN CHEDDAR, AMERICAN, AND BLUE. COTTAGE, MORE CURD, AND MORE SWISS. OK, you get the idea. Wisconsin is very dependent upon cows and dairy products. Of course, any fan of football knows that the "Cheese Heads" cheer on the Green Bay Packers. How those people look at each other without laughing in between kickoffs is beyond me. As for Mr. Klaff's students, they all know of the famous Cheese-Off Game ... it was partly inspired by the Bovines of Wisconsin.
